As Principal of her contract paralegal business, Helen provides exceptional litigation and legal support services to Park, Sensenig & Burns, bringing more than two decades of experience serving law firms, Fortune 100 corporations, and in-house legal departments.

Helen’s legal career is distinguished by extensive experience in FINRA arbitrations, securities litigation, complex civil litigation, and consumer financial services. She has successfully managed matters from initial client intake through final resolution, overseeing every stage of the litigation process. Her legal experience also includes work in family law, personal injury, estate planning, collections, and general civil litigation, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of diverse legal matters.

Prior to launching her own business, Helen served as a Senior Paralegal and Office Manager for Park Sensenig LLC, where she managed both litigation and the firm’s business operations. Having worked alongside Andrew Park since 2003, Helen has played an integral role in the firm’s growth over the years, helping to establish and refine the systems, processes, and operational foundations that continue to support its success today.

Helen earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Old Dominion University (2000) and an Associate of Applied Science in Legal Assistant Studies from Northern Virginia Community College (1997).
